November 15, 20187 yr Hello everyone. My name is Eugene, currently studying for my Bachelor's, not really enjoying it. Did a ninety-day detox once, it went good. I started playing when I was 6 or 7, but didn't play much until I was 11 or 12. Played quite a lot since then. It started affecting my life drastically a year ago when I failed at a competition I could've won if I hadn't played Dota for a month before it and had studied and practiced instead. It was a big deal because winning it would provide me with many great opportunities. I binge-played for six months after that not realizing that gaming compulsively and doing meaningless stuff were the exact reasons why I failed. I do see that now though. Good luck to everyone trying to quit! Edited November 15, 20187 yr by Eugene
