Just over the 90 day mark! It's a great feeling.

It was very difficult the first month, but having given the computer to my aunt for the first 60 days made it much easier. "out of sight, out of mind."

During the detox I found:

  1. Investing
  2. Hiking
  3. Reading self-help books (like Carnegie)

Having the time away from video games really helped with self-awareness, and working on faults instead of finding escapes. 

I've got 3 hobbies that have helped me get fired up about living again, and all that it took was stopping my worse escape habit. It was painful at first, but let me tell you, this detox was SO worth it.

I want to give a big shout-out to Cam and everyone else for the amazing support. 

So proud of myself and everyone else here.
