There's always just one more thing with addictions. It's just never worth it. It takes some effort in moving that to an intuitive gut feeling from simply a rational understanding, however. It takes time to truly get there but when you can DECIDE silly excuses like that are just no longer an acceptable standard in your life... that's where the magic happens.
