  1. Help, I originally thought my brain will only repair to a state it was in in my early 20s, but now I'm suddenly enjoying reggae and ska, and this can only mean it's reformed to where I was at 17 or even 16 yo. Will this stop. Am I going to be listening to Sex Pistols in another week. And Spice Girls a week after oh god? OH OH
  2. So what are you going to block and why?
  3. It's a joke, but how do you think I've earned my NSFW tag. I mean, it is a free blog, but not building an audience from the start in the most optimal manner is a waste of time. I've had two personal blogs before, and they didn't really go anywhere because my message wasn't clear, and I wasn't posting consistently. Also very poor social media presence.
  4. I don't know. Addictions may be, on some level, for life, but I have to say I haven't expected to ever feel the level of indifference towards alcohol and gaming that I feel now as I'm nearing day 80. It's always possible to relapse, and people do relapse sometimes even after years of being clean. It's fascinating how much better it gets though. Trust the process is a tired meme, but it appears to be true :^). Love your alcohol limit. My limit, when it comes to beer, would probably be 15-16 even though I'd typically stop at 12 when I still drank.
  5. Very self reflective. Keep going. It's really important to keep posting every day even if you don't feel like it, and even if it's just a few sentences.
  6. What's "lb"? Btw guys, I cleaned up my apartment a bit. Rate it 1-10.
  7. Are you writing in Spanish, btw? 6 days to go until 30 and getting out of statistically most dangerous place ^^. (This is not some kind of a hacky motivation trick at least not entirely. Cam leaked some preliminary data a while ago that strongly suggests the first 30 days are critical, and I think he'll publish it soon. It's interesting how similar everyone's experiences are.)
  8. Reading two books at once is pretty good tbh. Used to do it all the time. Things get interesting if they're both fiction since they then kinda blend into your mind as you're thinking about them during the day, and I imagine this can happen between fiction and nonfiction books too. Also comic sans seems to be infecting the forum. Should we be worried.
  9. Your friends are mostly right with the addition that it's not about most girls being trash; most people are trash as it is. They just notice it in girls more as straight men since every single girl interests them because penis, but a random, average guy means nothing to them. Parties are ok if you're interested in that. There are other and possibly better ways to meet people though. I don't like parties personally because you can't even talk, and everyone's getting drunk, and I can't drink. This sounds good though; you should hang with those 30yo guys more.
  10. I have a Twitter account with over 1.3K tweets that has 102 followers. My tweets are random, all over the place. Then a week ago, I followed a new account that'd been created the same day. That account has over 250 followers right now and rising. What's the main difference between that account and mine? The other account has a single, focused message and a very well defined audience. My Twitter is basically HI GUYS XDXD, and I guess it has a couple of topics that I do cover to some degree, but they aren't all that related. I need to change that if I want my blog to go anywhere. (I also need to get a real website asap; the only free blog I read is Vox Day's, and he's Vox Day. I'm not Vox Day. Maybe I can be Vox Day someday, but not in a very long while.) Found this picture unsettling, so I added dialogue ^^. (ALSO WHAT IS SHE HIDING BEHIND HER BACK?)
  11. You're what, 21? Plenty of time for a sissy degenerate phase even though genetics start to play a larger role once you hit 20s ofc, so YMMV. Sexual market value thing is more related to status & wealth men typically obtain around that age. But I've noticed that by extension, girls will start to treat you a little differently when you hit 30. That's just me though. I think a part of it is the general understanding that 30+ men are less likely to deal with their drama bullshit, are more ready to set the rules (which they crave).
  12. Zachary Alexander Weinersmith (why even bother when people with such cool names exist, really) correctly concludes that gaming is a lot like unsatisfactory gay sex: (That's more of a my conclusion, but my name isn't Zachary Alexander. You can short it to Zach and still be cool if you think some may accuse you of being pretentious. But how could they since it's a given name. If I ever have children, I'll give them long, cool names that can be shortened well.) (I'm not naming my first born son Cameron btw.) PS: Actually: "Zachary Alexander Weinersmith (born Zachary Alexander Weiner; March 5, 1982)"
  13. Forgot how it feels to post stuff like that on a blog. My blood is freezing, but at least there's a bit of traffic, so it's ok. I'm a hit in Kuwait it seems.
  14. Go "some years younger" yourself, btw.
  15. New post: https://uncannythoughts.wordpress.com/2016/08/04/no-gaming-70-days-report/ Not going to spam this topic with every post, but this one is related to games and links to GQ at the end.
  16. I used to be a fairly toxic troll. It's probably not hard to imagine. If you want to post about GQ (genuinely) on a bunch of gaming forums, that would be awesome. #growthhacking Oh, I will at some point. Probably at multiple forums and probably at the end of my 90 day detox. Should be f-fun :PP.
  17. Ohi. Yeah, just fap away. All in good time. For blocking websites, I suggest you check out Cold Turkey. I'm using it, and it's brilliant. Also kudos for being against Killary ^^.
  18. There are no jobs for people like me where I live (and in general). I have years of experience with stuff like various secretary duties, communicating with clients, organizing work for a small team, solving whatever technical problem comes up, text analysis. My job basically required me to be independent and responsible to a large degree, deal with whatever comes up; I'm probably qualified to be some of those recruiters' boss. But I also have no formal education to speak of and an almost 3 year chasm in my CV. Which is fine because I'll never have a standard job again. I have some experience in construction and working in a workshop (with various machines). I could probably go and get myself trained as a welder, but it'd make no sense for me long term; it'd also be a social nightmare for me, especially considering what I may do soon-ish if everything goes according to plans.
  19. I used to be a fairly toxic troll. It's probably not hard to imagine.
  20. God, I did so much transcribing in my life in my old job. Hopefully never again, but I may actually look into it ... may be solid for some quick money on Fiverr? Thanks for bringing it up ...
