  1. Bro lets go through tough times together i believe in you. Maybe it will help if you are so tired | focused that you couldn`t think of porn or something like this? I believe you CAN do it the day#2 and day#3 are the hardest ones on habits but you set your values and remind yourself about it every time. Also to stop relapse a practice of asking why are you doing this may help. Not only before porn but before every action it will help to keep you mindfull

  3. Soooooo/ Day#30 A moment of weakness i guess. But my trainer is ogne for sometime without him i feel like my training is useless because i dont know technique and end up screwing everything up,so i need to refocus and work on other things like money to maybe find another trainer who will help me. As the problems|task rise a pproblem of money is going stronger and stronger. I NEED TO MAKE MONEY but it will take some time to do so. I am fully scared that money that i put on a black day will end and it will be so so bad. ALSO i feel like i am losing the life cycle. Everyone around is going throught camps, olimpiads and winning but not me. I need to focus more on this aspect and on money. Also, for e=anyone reading this. I am not asking for compassion or pity, i am asking and asking only for your advice. Maybe you been there and know how to come back to world. Here is my plan right now: - Work as a courier for some time in free time, if too tired work on essential university project/( Making money small | Making essential task ) - After that i ll focus on portfolio and olimpiads while keeping up the work as a courier - Start freelansing and trying to find job while keeping up work on portfolio etc. TADA, my plan for next three month. What do you think

  11. Day#25 Ty @Pochatok I restored it. Now I crave for work and money. I need to be me, I need to earn money, develop skills and make a dream come true. I want to have a good rest, instead of having days wharching YouTube on sofa. I also have a question or I don't know who's was the courier and his journal but @Yan I ll start working as a courier too. I need advice, how to be productive and ern more money.   12. Day#24 Was tired a bit and out of energy, don't know why. Tried to go to sleep early, but realatices kept calling and waking me up. I tried to call myself, but at the end got really angry.   14. @Pochatok u were right! I got 6 gour of good quality sleep and today is great day. Okay, but for the day that was yesterday: Day#22 Okay, I slept through my pairs, Almost missed the very important lecture ( was 1 minute early) and didn't feel all that good. BUT! After two hours of doing straight nothing I did great job and refocused on my goals. I went to meditate for a few minutes then got up and went to market and ended up working on cNN dataset finally). Also did some prep for test. I ate food and opened windows, fresh air and calories was very helpful. Managed to go to bed early, by looking phone with forest app. What I am thankful for: - Advice and support from Pochatok - Got invited to be a tester in a favorite book - Finally did something with AI Goals for day#23 - GYM - Test - Presents to teachers - Book about coding) - Work on homework on advance
  15. Day#21 Getting more and more tired lately. Woke up early, went through uni, had absolutely no energy for everything so went to sleep. After sleep went to gym, and then went to sleep again. I took me 2 hours to finally be asleep. Day was bad in terms of productivity and in terms of having energy. The worst part is that as I am writing this on day 22 I am also out of energy and even slept through uni. Goals for day 22: - CNN - Test

  18. DAY#20! Nice! Its day 20 without games. I feel that this week will be the hardest one because at the day 28 was relapce.   19. DAy#19 Date was good, i used what i learned. We had a really good talk at the start altought it was mainly me talking mostly or i fell like this because i dont talk really often, ha-ha)) We walked a bit, drank coffee and had i was pretty sirprised that we walked like 10km? I wasnt expecting such sportsmenship from this girl. Funny enough, we had a ride on electric scooter and ate a belgian waffels. Also i an super motivated to earn more and more money to have dates like this or even better I also bought myself a new belt after date/ Overall i really enjoyed this date , didnt push any limits and even thought it wasnt as effective as kiss or etc but i bring the happiness before the results.   20. DAY#18 Day was good and i achived a lot thorought the day. Key to success was to plan and focus in goals and not get distracted. In evening i managed to watch some YouTube and rest, but went to sleep at two a.m. Need to work on it also. Thats all.   24. Day#16/90 I survived the ill while going to the university and I am feeling better. I slept too much, and then I was late to the test. Teacher was angry, and didn't let me in(. But, huge progress done: - Python extra task - Work - Rewrite lectures - Research neural networks ( SOM) After drink three teapots of tea with some sweets. Tea hopefully will help cure myself and also I watched some anime( Magic and Muscles) it was fun and great). What I am thankful for: - I am alive and I have powers. I have my strengths back.. - Plans for day#17/90 - Work finish part two - Some homework - GYM
