1 Thing I could do better
- Leave more time for dinner to eat slower and see if it affects the eczema symptoms outburst on the hands, because today the heater was already turned off for a long while, and still the symptoms came. So I shall keep experimenting, regarding what the cause is.
Sleep documentation for the week
March 29-30 = 2 24 + 5 12 or 4 31 (depending if I count from the first alarm or from when I got out of bed) = overall 6h 55m lets say.
March 30-31 = 2 42 + 5 = 7h 42m although I'm not 100% sure about the first doze off, because it says check in the notebook but I'm not sure I see where I documented it...
