  1. Day 106/180 GameQuitters/StopGaming So I won't work out on a Thursday as I'm too tired after work, but I will definitely do Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! Gotta just feel stuff out, adjust etc. Sleep I think I'm going to stick to 11:30pm bed time, seems to be the sweet spot. PornFree and NoAlcohol going well. See you all tomorrow! 3/90 Gym+DietStreak 15/90 SleepStreak 26/90 PornFree 40/365 NoAlcohol
  2. Day 105/180 GameQuitters/StopGaming No Gaming is going really well, My first day of Gym+DietStreak went well, I used to have a can of zero sugar drink per day but I'm cutting that down to once per week instead (and any social occasions). I'm also limiting my carbs. Workouts will be Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, as during the work week I'm too tired from working to be working out as well and I just have too many house chores to do. SleepStreak: I'm sticking with 11:30pm bed time, takes me about 1 hour to get to sleep, then up around 8:45am BRIGHT AND EARLY! PornFree: I'm starting to get quite horny now, I just want to bonk everything that moves! But I'm staying away from the porno. NoAlcohol is very easy! See y'all tomorrow! 2/90 Gym+DietStreak 14/90 SleepStreak 25/90 PornFree 39/365 NoAlcohol
  3. Day 104/180 GameQuitters/StopGaming Okay guys, it's time to level up again. Previously, I'd use gaming to reward myself for doing good in life, but I decided NAY! NO MORE! NO MORE VIDYA! And so I stopped, and have not played them for 104 days. Pretty good, right? HOWEVER! 'However what?' I hear you ask: I needed something to replace gaming, and it had to be a fast reward that boosted dopamine. 'What was your reward of choice?' I hear you ask once again: FOOD! NEIN NEIN NEIN Now I'm heavier than I have been in YEARS! But I said NAY! It's TIME to cut the bad food and exercise more. (Or just exercise more, as I'm not eating that bad, I'm just not working out enough) My plan: Workout on Thursday night, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If I do those, I can continue with my current diet and not have to change it and I'll be in solid shape. Herein lies the next phase of my levelling up journey: SHREDSTREAK! Okay maybe not 'ShredStreak', 'TrainStreak'? 'AestheticStreak'? Okay 'Gym+DietStreak' it is! See you ALL at the T.O.P! โš”๐Ÿ›กโš”๐Ÿ›กโš”๐Ÿ›กโš”๐Ÿ›ก 1/90 Gym+DietStreak 13/90 SleepStreak 24/90 PornFree 38/365 NoAlcohol
  4. Very true. I have friends who enjoy alcohol, and it's very tough for me not to drink whilst I'm with them. It's doable, but it's much easier to find friends that don't drink, probably.
  5. Day 103/180 GameQuitters/StopGaming Very quick check-in today as very busy, but a good day, See y'all tomorrow! 12/90 SleepStreak 23/90 PornFree 37/365 NoAlcohol
  6. I'm very happy for you! We are with you. Welcome back! United we stand, divided with fall. Stick together, team.
  7. Day 102/180 GameQuitters/StopGaming Thanks @reader ! 46 weeks is incredible, I hope to reach that also! I know you can reach that again and even longer, just make sure to journal every day and it will really help stave off cravings knowing other people are with you on your journey. Regarding the lesser cravings for games; I'd say so, yes. Sometimes I will watch videos of games as it can take my mind off the cravings/boredom to watch porno, so the cravings for games goes up a bit, but it's much easier not to play games than it is to watch the porno. But yes I don't really have cravings to play games anymore. My resolve is stronger by the day! Also I will say: Because I've played pretty much every game to ever exist (lol not really but it kinda feels like it) I have really bad burnout. And the only games I really enjoyed were live service games, but once you see the really bad and obviously FOMO mechanics they've added, it kind of disenfranchises you to the point you don't want to play them as they're too predatory. Could I go back to single player games and enjoy them? Probably, as they're way less dopamine-frying than multiplayer games, but single player games have always been a catalyst back to the hard drug of multiplayer games, so therefore I actually can't play single player games as they ultimately lead back to multiplayer games. "Well I'm playing this single player game, why can't I just play a bit of a multiplayer game too?" Happens every time ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ˜‚ As a side note about my sleep streak; there IS something that can affect it; napping in the day! I did actually take a 2 hour nap earlier so it might crap my schedule up a little bit, sadly, but as long as I continue to correct it immediately, it'll be fine. See you ALL at the T.O.P! โš”๐Ÿ›กโš”๐Ÿ›กโš”๐Ÿ›กโš”๐Ÿ›ก 11/90 SleepStreak 22/90 PornFree 36/365 NoAlcohol
  8. Day 101/180 GameQuitters/StopGaming Quick one today as super busy, I did have a thought about SleepStreak: I can't ever see a time now where it will go back to being bad UNLESS a drink alcohol. That's the only time it will go bad. Any other time will just be because I'm out doing something that causes me to be home a bit later so I go to bed a bit later, but big deal as I'll be right back to correcting the sleep pattern the following days anyway, so the streak should be very easy to continue for a long time. 10/90 SleepStreak 21/90 PornFree 35/365 NoAlcohol
  9. Day 100/180 GameQuitters/StopGaming Day One HUNDO! Not much to report, the neural pathways are getting stronger by the DAY! Those streaks are coming along really nicely. Between 30 and 35. Yeah I have been tracking it a bit closer and it's more like 8 hours 30 mins as it does take me about an hour to actually get to sleep currently. See you all tomorrow! 9/90 SleepStreak 20/90 PornFree 34/365 NoAlcohol
  10. Day 99/180 GameQuitters/StopGaming Day 100 tomorrow! All ticking along smoothly. My sleep streak is coming along well, I'm definitely getting more adjusted to a better sleep pattern. The only thing that will break it is if I get sick, and because it's winter season here, that's going to be quite likely in the next few months. But the best thing to do is to try my best to stick at it, go to bed at the specific times, get up at the specific times. See you all tomorrow! 8/90 SleepStreak 19/90 PornFree 33/365 NoAlcohol
  11. Really liking this journal @FDRx7 , I love the passion you have for starting up your own business too, you seem like a very driven person. Looking forward to more updates ๐Ÿ‘
  12. Day 98/180 GameQuitters/StopGaming Streaks are ticking along nicely, not much to report, just the usual check-in today. See you all tomorrow! 7/90 SleepStreak 18/90 PornFree 32/365 NoAlcohol
  13. Day 97/180 GameQuitters/StopGaming It's a good point, to be honest I'm not sure if I get 9 hours every night, some nights I maybe get 7 or 7.5, but then others I get 9 to make up for the lost sleep. So it might be that I kind of yo-yo between how long I sleep every night. I probably am somewhat depressed yes, but I've never been officially diagnosed. I think if I ever get less than 7 hours, I feel very irritable. I tend to be VERY tired about 2-3pm. See you tomorrow! 6/90 SleepStreak 17/90 PornFree 31/365 NoAlcohol
  14. Day 96/180 GameQuitters/StopGaming Yes, my body just requires 9 hours, it's the sweet spot ๐Ÿ˜‚ See you tomorrow! 5/90 SleepStreak 16/90 PornFree 30/365 NoAlcohol
  15. Day 95/180 GameQuitters/StopGaming Another quick check-in, very busy this week so my mind will be elsewhere, which keeps my focus on other things rather than breaking my hard-earned streaks, which is good! See you tomorrow! 4/90 SleepStreak 15/90 PornFree 29/365 NoAlcohol
