Day 14: Being in bed before 23:15 - 1 minute late again because I let myself keep flossing
3 Things I did well, no matter how small
1. Although I didn't find warm shoes in 6 stores, I tried wearing an additional pair of socks and it seems to be somewhat helpful
2. Eating dinner which is a bit less heavy than pre-planned, because I only maintained a 4 hour window
3. 4 attempts at weighing myself
1 Thing I could do better
- Perhaps omit dinner overall when the space is under 6 hrs.
Sleep documentation for the week
March 29-30 = 2 24 + 5 12 or 4 31 (depending if I count from the first alarm or from when I got out of bed) = overall 6h 55m lets say.
March 30-31 = 2 42 + 5 = 7h 42m although I'm not 100% sure about the first doze off, because it says check in the notebook but I'm not sure I see where I documented it...
March 31-April 1 = 1 57 + 9 45 = 11h 42m (Trying to escape fast day plus the problem described in "Things I did well - 1."
April 1-2 = 5 34
3 hrs 45 minutes in between meals at least. Day 86
6 hrs in between meals at least. Day 0 [Once more returned late from groceries, and only managed to stand up to a 3h 45m standard (4h to be exact), I reduced the dinner's meal size though, because I felt really heavy)]
