3 Things I did well, no matter how small

-Wake up at 4 00 to manage the 3h 45minute breaks

-Reduce some of the quinoa at dinner tomorrow (16.1 - the day on which I write this entry)
3 Separate meals (or less but without combining any of the three) and 3 hrs 45 minutes in between at least. Day 11
Fell asleep earlier than scheduled - 7/21 (2+1+1+1+1+1+1+1)
Going to sleep in 1 bulk without falling asleep immaturely in an unplanned manner - 4/21 (1)
How did it happen? Because I was in a conversaation with a tandem partner. Somehow I rode through the strong sleeping urge.
