sirjk Posted July 24, 2017 Author Posted July 24, 2017 (edited) Day # 7Time I woke up: 10:30amTime I went to sleep yesterday: 11:30pmWhat did I eat/drink?Breakfast: n/aSnaks: sports energy drinks (cause we didn't have milk for coffee :3)Lunch: chicken schnitzel SubwaySnacks: n/aDinner: two small chicken rollsSnacks: small glass of chocolate milkOpen journalSo tired today, have no idea why. I was going to wake up early at 8.30am, but when I did, I wanted to have another 30-minute sleep, which resulted in me into waking up at 10:30 am. Luckily I woke up just in time for the new Game of Thrones episode haha. I want to start going out more; there is a coffee shop around the corner from me, I might go there tomorrow. I did go to the drive thru at Subway, but it isn't the same. After all that, fell asleep at 4:30 pm. More like I passed out. I feel happy that I completed seven days, one week! But I feel no progress is happening. I need to think of some goals and try and achieve them. Until then, going to read a book and try and sleep. Peace Edited July 24, 2017 by sirjk

I still have a long way to go...I've just been telling myself to take to one day at a time and trust the process. Hang in there...you're doing great.Chicken schnitzel subway? Where are you? ?
