Hey guys,

World of Warcraft Legion launch is in a few days and I pre-ordered it last year already.

My life is great right now and I'm on a good streak with:

- Meditating

- Stretching, Excercising

- Reading

- No Fap

- School

- Eating decently healthy

I'm only scared that friends and advertisements will push me over to check it out and that I will think that I can play it in moderation.

World of Warcraft is not just a game that I played for fun but also for the amazing story it has.

I don't want myself to break my streaks and progress for the future.

Do you guys have any tips for me how to avoid relapsing these coming days?

Thank you :)!

I think it's great that you were aware of this potential trigger that is happening soon and took action by deciding to reach out for help. I agree with Cam that journaling would be great, maybe on the topic of why you decided to stop playing WoW and the ways in which that is benefiting you to help keep your motivation strong. You could also journal about what you would get out of playing this new expansion and what you would also lose, it might feel good to get put all those thoughts and feelings on paper.

I will definitely focus more on the Journal next week.

I've already made a journal about every single day this week and it really helps me.

Thanks guys!
