January 18, 20169 yr Hey everyone!I get a lot of questions about whether or not you should play brain training games or puzzle games. Does playing them disrupt your detox? Watch the video and find out:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0eEuVt4JPuUHope everyone has a great week!
January 18, 20169 yr Thank you for sharing this man,One of the things that I have decided to do this year was to commit fully to building healthy habits. Now that these 'brain training games' are not helping us as shown by research, I suppose exercising and getting better sleep can be way more beneficial than spending ten minutes every day staring at a computer screen, as you have mentioned.

January 19, 20169 yr Brain training games have failed to be proven beneficial. But there are alternatives that are much more useful. And just as fun:Duolingo if you'd enjoy learning a new languageKhan Academy if you want to learn mathematics or programmingCodeCademy if you want to learn how to program (I haven't used this one but I've heard it's great) I personally find these sites fun to use. And the best thing about it, is you're actually learning useful skills at the same time
