Great video Cam!

The fact that charisma is a skill is implemented into many RPG games. So for ex-gamers it should be obvious.

It's also very interesting path to develop it. Being in presence in 100% is the key to change our subconscious wrong behaviour into conscious ones.

Cool video! I've often wondered in the past how long you should hold eye contact for. When someone else is talking to me, I hold eye contact until they stop. When I'm talking, I think I overthink it a bit, and tend to look away too much; if it were up to me, I would just stare them down :S

"people don't remember what you do for them but they do remember how you make them feel"   what a fantastic tip, it's very helpful.  all my favourite people I can remember have been very warm people, very very friendly. it doesn't matter what they did in life, their appearance or anything, what made them stick out to me is their warm personalities and yes, how they made me feel!  this is important to me because i think i present quite a cold, neutral facade.   i definitely feel i am lacking in social skills department and its something i want to work on a lot!!
