I erased all accounts of games. Or so I thought. The accoutn for Icloud was not erased.  When beginning to verify email, no mail is recieved ever. Which means I cannot delete account. 
I cannot contact riot because I cannot submit a ticket without an account.

DOI need to create a new account wiht email and ask to gert both erased as ticket?

If you forgot the account name then you shouldn't be able to enter it regardless so that should be fine as you shouldn't be able to get it back without the email. If you think that it isn't enough then asking in the forums or contacting them directly could probably help as you are given the right by EU law to be able to ask any website or game to erase all personal information they have about you which should include your account

There is no sensitive information there being at risk for the account if it stays there, right ? 

I could not delete my Blizzard software on my PC. I never thought about deleting my accounts. They are still there, they wouldn't use those to do some nasty stuff, do they ?
