I guess once I started going off schedule it dragged.   3. Food schedule update 24.4-8.5(Not including 8.5) 1. uncooked rice to be replaced with 350g of potatoes for the next two weeks. (once the cooked rice runs out so that I have a full two weeks to measure one vs. the other, no need to cook the remaining dry rice. If I wish, I may cook it the week after if I decide to return with more rice, and measure that it'll be exactly enough by the end of the next schedule change) 2. dropped 10g of edamame now 230 daily. 3. Also if I am to run in the morning on Thursday, the schedule is to remain as the other week without changing the day order 4. 10g of almonds to be added daily on top of what already was added May still be edited until 24.4

Make 8 hours of sleep a deadline. Remember - Health first. Although It's 22 16 now and I planned to go to sleep at 22 00, tomorrow I plan to wake up at 05 20 to clean the house. I guess I should have remembered to plan to go to sleep at 21 today because of cleaning the house tomorrow, which didn't happen cause i didn't plan the week? When i dcked to get a sponge to wash the dishes out of the closet i felt a sharp pain in my side even thoug 2 hours passed since i finshed eating. I might have made some damage since i was so full which brings me to write this.... if i eat so much volume i amy do even more damage in the future and health coems first... Clarification: when I realized it is not affecting my "green lamp" rating, because i have the indicators that do, which is just ocmpletion of the tests and videos, its okay to get the answers wrong and repeat them, and i think it would be a lot faster than reading answers which i get right, and even if i do, do it as skimming. 1 Thing I could do better -Plan a contingency to go back to the stairs if it is raining while working out because i wouldn't like my phone and shoes to get wet Gaming (Death, Slavery, Regret, Disease) - 5 Yan (Life, Individuality, Freedom, Purpose, Self-Fulfillment) - 90

  15. Hey Draxinite, congratulations on taking your first step towards self-actualization. Because gaming is not the end goal for 99% of people unless you're an eSports pro or something [I guess] Regarding the wish you expressed to start journaling, I suggest you stick to a format where you have some very simple baseline like "a minimum of one line" or like i do in my journal 90 days without useless videos with 3 things i did well and o1 thing i could do better. It makes it a lot more likely you'll make it a habit in my opinion. Let me know if this makes sense and if it helps 🙂 Cheers and god bless.

One thing is for sure though, the food prep lack of effectiveness is a big chunk of the time waste. Hold tight to finish evening routine if it's less than 30 minutes. If more, shorten it to be 30 minutes at most before dropping to bed and put an alarm clock earlier than the wake up hour for he same amount of time that is left of the evening routine to complete it.   19. I've got one tip. Remember why you're doing it. Write down what you want to accomplish. This will keep pulling you in that direction. Then another thing is to remember that the more you manage to abstain, the more of a habit it becomes, and the less likely you'll be to experience the urge. Right now you're like an addict and your hormones will be screaming to get the dopamine rush. But what will happen if you give in for a month more? A year more? What could you be doing instead? You'll be basically selling your life. Nobody will give you this time back, unless a time machine or eternal life will be invented. I wouldn't count on that...
  20. Food schedule update 10.4-24.4 (Not including 24.4): Everything remains the same, BUT 1. 70g of uncooked rice are added daily 2. 20g of almonds added daily Notes: 1. Two weeks ago I forgot to change the day order as planned as explained on March eleven but this week gotta remember to stick to it 2. My weight on 3.4.10 was 53.10kg with clothes and flipflops on Today 10.04.25 it was 52.95 with clothes and flipflops on (7:16 in the morning before food, after fast day today, on 3.4 didn't document the hour but it was after fast day too so it seems) 3. I plan to slightly increase amount of running by 5-20 minutes, hadn't yet decided exactly how much, will update as I do, perhaps in the next food update, that is also why partly I added the above foods, the other part is that I'm underweight. 4. Anyway rice has a high glycemic index so we'll see how it works

If I manage to do about 5 projects at a rate of 30$ a piece or so it will definitely be worth it in time saved if my calculations are correct. -Out of bed at 04:00 give or take a few minutes despite having gone to slep at around 23 the day before -Morning run 75% effort 1 Thing I could do better -Make sure with the clinic in advance that the time of entry to the appointment will be precise within 10 minutes or so...
