-It seems the cold causes me injuries. If I want to keep on doing 75% effort runs, I might need to get some warmer pants or some sort of underpants/gloves

Day 21 reached! Thanks everyone! I think I'll continue with this for a while since 11 days Is quite a lot better than nothing. However there may be an effect of other factors , like the fact that I've been busy with apartmnetnt search whih i pretty engaging, which got me opening whatsap a milion times a day. Maybe the dopamine was contributing to the non-immaturely falling asleep behavior
