After several weeks of being off social media, I've learned to appreciate hard work. Dopamine from working hard and being consistent in different activities is much more rewarding and is coming to me much easier than sitting and scrolling. I can't believe I ever thought that I'd want to use social media forever at one point. -
Food Schedule Update 26.08 - 8.9 (Not including 8.9) Regular day Banana 1 Cucumber 0.5 Tomato 1 Cabbage 35 Carrot 1 Dates 55 Avocado 1.5 Peanut butter - NONE Brazil nut - NONE Chard - NONE Edamame 55g Olive oil 50g - compensating for lack of tahini and peanut butter Lunch Carrot 1 Chard NONE Quinoa 60g Raisins 20g Chia 10g Flax 10g Sesame NONE - Gotta find this in 2 weeks cuz this is crucial for iron Tahini NONE Black Sesame NONE Dates 55 Chlorella - 4g Cranberries - NONE Dinner Peas - 130g Potatoes 300g Lentils 35g Edamame 55g Raisins 20g Coconut oil 50 * Ingredients are interchangeable * Changes allowed 'till end of friday * Those are upper limits, ut probably because I want to limit myself to cooking two types of food a day - today Edamame and Peas will be omitted, I may then cook 35g lentils x4 and get a 70g portion, aswell as raisins double portion Edit 1(14:30 aprox same day): On days of running it's 165g almonds, and on non-running 175g On Sundays 65g coconut oil allowed. Edit 2(17:11 same day): All the rules from the previous schedule apply unless specified otherwise in this entry. I mean specifically, the differences between the non running and running days and sunday and the food i eat before and after a fast day. Also the olive oil should be kept as it was because the increase of quantity of Avocado accounts for the reduction in penut butter I believe. Edit 3(17:17 same day): Almonds still with the same separation of 40+50 in lunch and 35+50 at dinner -
Day 4. I slept in today. 12 hours of sleep 😅. I think I needed it though. It's been good so far; same routine in the morning of journaling, reading the morning meditation, prayer etc. The butterflies flew up really high and dive bombed today! It was hard to keep track of them because they flew up really high. Lots of chatter for the Japan trip this morning too. The group chat was coordinating renting cars for a road trip while we're there. The plan is to visit the inspiration/real world locations of the Initial D anime. I can't recall if I mentioned, but most of the people I'm going on the trip with are big car enthusiasts. I think it'll be fun to ride along; I still don't have my license back. I'm personally looking forward to eating a lot of good food, visiting temples, and just generally exploring Japan. I went to a couple voice meetings yesterday. Lots of experience, strength, and hope shared, good stuff. I also read some of the AA history book I got for Christmas last year. Lots of interesting stuff about the early parts of the fellowship, and one of the founding members. I'm hoping to get back into reading again. And, of course, spending a fair bit of time chatting away on Discord. It seems to be the 'screen time' of choice for me at the moment. I think it's good, a mix of that and in-person socializing is a healthy way of going about things I think. See you later. じゃあ、また -

by the way i went to sleep at 22 10 aprox and woke up at 00 18 aprox so i sorta slept before 23 15. that is why im writing a this hour. However It might not be the best Idea to do so.
