Day 118079: Sticking to Food schedule
Day 31: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00)
Day 36: Being in bed before 23:15
3 Things I did well, no matter how small

-Morning jog
-Morning routine after the jog
1 Thing I could do better
-I don't know how this happened. but I somehow got out of bed at around 6 44 instead of 6 00 as the alarms were set. I didn' even remember putting the alarms to snooze or something, it felt like they just rang on 6 40
I guess concentrating on getting the meals in order is super important, to get out of this vicious spiral somehow and get a sufficient amount of sleep. Hey, maybe I can get more dates eaten in the morning, so that the blood sugar drop would be less felt? Just an idea...
**** Note that it is around this time last year, a week from now, during the fast day I relapsed. ANd I'm also feeling the same cravings, although numbed, now.
It is the combination of having eczema and the challenge of fast day which brought me to the pit last time. Just the awareness of it may help facing the demon.
