Entry 9.08 (Written on 10.08)
Weeks until average life expectancy: 2714 (80th birthday)
Day 564: No Useless Videos
Day 1398: Sticking to Food schedule
Day 1437: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00)
Day 298: Being in bed before 23:15
3 Things I did well, no matter how small
-double workout
-1 hr apt search
-Putting lubrication on the bike chain
1 Thing I could do better
- Finish eating earlier, even if it's just a "workout" day, and not a "riding" day(Usually Sunday). I felt extreme gaming pull after dinner, after which I just went to bed in an unplanned manner. The difference to regular days was:
1. I did the physical activity before the meal
2. The meal was done at 18 30~ Instead of the usual 16 00 - 16 30
A hunch tells me that the latter has more effect on the symptoms rather than the former. I might be wrong of course, nonetheless I may try eliminating the second first, because I need to start somewhere anyway, and possibly address the first one down the road if it seems not to be sufficient.
P.S. I also opened a bunch of forums of gaming in the browser etc. and then read about how to block those again, because Steam opened even though it was blocked in my hosts file. So I ended up setting up also a registry block for Chrome for Steam, to prevent it from happening again down the road.
Apparently what happened is that I emptied the cache and browser cookies, which allowed an initial loading of steam when I clicked it, and then it reestablished a connection bypassing the hosts file.
With the new Registry solution it should be prevented from doing that, even if I someday again empty my browser cache/cookies.
