Weeks until average life expectancy: 2721 (80th birthday)
-3 days where I managed to stick to schedule within the limitt of a 10 minute deviation
resulting in 7,11,11 units of learning units. (Not including today)
-Pondering how to move forward, whether to keep going with the Student/Job/Freelancer Visa. A decision must be met quickly, as the planned appointment to apply for one is in about three weeks
-Also managing to keep up a new PB in the 6 hours space in between meals(13 days as written below)
Day 511: No Useless Videos
Day 1345: Sticking to Food schedule
Day 1384: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00)
Day 87: Being in bed before 23:15
3 Things I did well, no matter how small
- Afternoon workout
- Not deviating above 10 minutes from any of the scheduled items(Except for pooping, but i interchanged it with visualization) day 4. This is really effective and cool. I am grateful to god for having managed this another day
- Continuing the progress on ConvertKit downgrade day 2(Backing up existing emails)
1 Thing I could do better
- Planning the workout before the visualization, this way I'd have the opportunity to be in the sun during the workout, and get out to the sun during visualization as a backup option. That is preferable, because I don't mind where to do the workout, whereas visualization I'd prefer to do next to the table, where It is more suitable for writing
