Day 1268: Sticking to Food schedule
Day 119: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00)
Day 9: Being in bed before 23:15 - 1 minute late again because I let myself keep flossing
3 Things I did well, no matter how small
1. 2 German units.....
2. Long jog
3. Despite unplanned sleeping in, still managed to squeeze in two meals with a spacfe of 3h 45m
1 Thing I could do better
- Get out of bed with the alarm clock, If I'd do that, I'd maintain the 6 hr in between meals period streak and possibly have a higher chance of not falling asleep in a premature way and thus possibly damaging my stomach because of an insufficient break between the meal and sleep

Sleep March 22-23.3 1 25 + 5 40~ 7hrs 05m ~ (I also kept snoozing for about 24 minutes, but I'm not sure I got any sleep during the time period, so I didn't count that)

March 27-28 = 6 16/6 31 I'm not sure bevause there are 15 minutes the documentation of which I am not sure about. Probably I was documenting dreams, but not 100%
