Day 1261: Sticking to Food schedule
Day 112: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00)
Day 2: Being in bed before 23:15 - 1 minute late again because I let myself keep flossing
3 Things I did well, no matter how small

2. Afternoon workout
3. plowing through the refrigerator items of previous apartment mates

- Try to keep the heater on more sparingly to avoid extra dryness of skin and eyes

3 Separate meals and 3 hrs 45 minutes in between at least. Day 77 - I decided to try and reduce the meals back to two but with a wider pause I guess it shuould now be at least 5 hours

P.S.
The reason I decided to change the definition of the "3 Separate meals" streak, is because I desperately want to use my time optimally and I see that I keep on falling asleep earlier than scheduled. So I must keep doing some changes. Time doesn't go back and I really really want to be more productive than 4-7 German units a day when not working for money... + Avoid falling asllep on full stomach and possibly cause GERD + avoid overloading stomach to begin with, thus possibly causing Eczema and overloading it in general, possibly incresing the risk of several cancers. Not to speak of the fact that I'm just waking up in the middle of the night and activities that may take half an hour take 2 hours (I mean I decided to avoid that by not continuing the evening routine if I wake up in the night, but It would probably be better not to skip evening routine because of prematuraly falling asleep to begin with)
Just a thought blob thrown on paper. I know it's not extra readable, but I just want to have some sort of documentation of my train of thought. If you've reached it until here dear reader, hats off in front of you :)
