Day 375: No Useless Videos
Day 1209: Sticking to Food schedule
Day 60: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00)
Day 65: Being in bed before 23:15
3 Things I did well, no matter how small
-Afternoon workout
-Asking the house owner for a payment confirmation
-Deciding to postpone the room video and make the video, registration request and the message to the apartment mates after the conversation with one of them, thereby having less touchpoints, which makes the few that we do have more bearable and important (When someone constantly nags, you avoid giving him importance so it seems)
1 Thing I could do better
-I spent 2hrs 45 minutes in the kitchen cleaning pots from being burned, the cooking stove and just getting accustomed to the place. I should have expected that and been less at ease, and perhaps just do the things a little faster, I think it could have reduced this huge timechunk
3 Separate meals (or less but without combining any of the three) and 3 hrs 45 minutes in between at least. Day 26
Fell asleep earlier than scheduled - 15 (Pretty sure I did go to sleep early after the chat with a tandem partner)
Going to sleep in 1 bulk without falling asleep immaturely in an unplanned manner - 11
