Day 307: No Useless Videos
Day 1142: Sticking to Food schedule
Day 2: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00)
Day 0: Being in bed before 23:15
3 Things I did well, no matter how small
- A long run, beginning with 75% and slowing down a little because of intense pain. Finishing the run jogging. ( I guess I did freeze my bone, and this long run furthered the damage )
-Even though I planned to finish eating by 16 00 and it didn't go as planned, because i spent time placing my desktop in care of the checking and looking for gloves etc. resulting in my beginning the run at 10 15 instead of 10 15. Still having finished food before the upper lomit of 19:00( at 18 45)
- Quickly planning the next unusual day of german exam in the evening and promptly going to bed. Being there at 23 35
1 Thing I could do better
- Probably I need to consider getting warmer gloves
Note: I didn't have it recorded but i think going over the xontract and calling my renter was about 45 minuts Total 65 hrs 55m
