3 Things I did well, no matter how small
- Visiting two apartments despite the fact i took shorts with me and by bones were aching after running in -2 degrees celsius forabout an hour and a quarter(20+30+12~+5+5+5)or so
-Having eaten most of my planned food for the day except for xhlorella chia flux, quinoa and raisins
- Afternoon workout
1 Thing I could do better
- Having taken pants with me instead of shorts. At these temperatures it is no longer healthy to run with shorts and does more damage than good. So it feels at least qccording to the pain afterwards
Note: I left for the apartment visits at about 10 30 and came back at 15 40 so it is 5 hrs and 10 minutes, plus about 15 minutes for calls in the morning to arrange the viewings and one call in the evening with the house i sawtwo days ago ( 5 mins or so) Total 65 hrs 10m
