27 May - 3 June: I wrote my monthly report, finished the book by Parkinson and read on fin/Eng reddits. I did almost no exercise, as I felt very weak after my tetanus shot on Monday, except a charity run on Sunday. We also visited my girlfriend's family that day, as her mom had birthday. On Saturday, we did most of the remaining work at my grandma's kitchen, so it's now fully operational. I expect one or two more visits for the finishing touches and a cleanup. I had a meeting about my new website yesterday. Plans for the next few days: Work on a few tasks regarding the website and finish the rework of my questionnaire for students.

The video game is wrong. People on this forum came on here to end self deception. What seems attractive and tempting will destroy. Things such as cleaning up the room, putting clothes in order, helping the elderly neighbor, looking after the hygiene, doing volunteering, helping somebody will save you. -

It's been a couple weeks since I've updated here. But for good reason. Instead of watching videos about gaming and porn addiction recovery, I've been helping out people on various gaming and porn addiction forums, just offering whatever it seems like the person is looking for in their recovery journey. It's been fulfilling and has helped me out too. I am wondering where this path will lead as it continues to evolve. I'm glad.

Sunday 1st Day 13: No Gaming Day 0: Meditate 10 minutes 3 Things I Did Well, No Matter How Small Got an x-ray for my fractured foot Ate healthy foods only, no chips nor soda Did 1 concentrated work unit 1 Thing I Could Do Better Try to work at night even if I feel like culturally, everyone is taking a break at that time. Since I don't do much in the mornings or afternoons anyway. Plus I am a night owl so I naturally focus better at night I think. Just a thought.
