3 Things I did well, no matter how small
- Following the schedule with 10 minutes delay most of the day, apart from 1 or two deviations of 1-2 minutes
- Looking into some mealplanning after all, even though I didn't plan any drastic changes. Possibly I'll take a jod salt, if there's a small quantity in the store. Because it is not at all optimal to consume it in such a chemical manner, if it is limited for two weeks however, it should do. Besides, I shall try returning flax seeds and replace with flax oil (at a rate of 1g to 2g) so less oil, this can save me up some chewing time.)
Ideally a B12 source would also be great, but I just do not find something that is as "natural" as chlorella eChlorial
- I indeed wrote times for cold shower potentially, but I didn't use them. Instead I went like 7-8 times to put my head under cold water for 3-5 minutes in the sink
1 Thing I could do better
- Possibly I could before any search write in a document what I'm searching for, so that I don't lose myself too much, and if Idon't find it, what alternatives may I look for or how sshould I act?

Note: You know what, as I wrote the 6 hrs in between meals metric, I wanted to write in parenthesis like I used to (Fast day), but then I realized, success doesn't need justification.
An important reminder for life.
If I do not succeed to do something for whatever reason, look for a way to do it, without excuses. Even though the hurdles are completely legit and many people would probably consider it absolutely logical to stop in their face (For example falling into a rabbithole during business research, instead of doing the research in a more intentional way.
