What I could do better:
Set a German unit minimum for the day and really stick to it. I may start small. But build trust with myself again... I must give a reasonable amount of hours to the matter. As someone who doesn't work (At least for money it should be at the very least 5 hrs daily most probably. To be discussed further on possibly.

Day 104: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00)
Day 1: Being in bed before 23:15 Just didn't notice and as I looked at the clock it was 23 22 or 23 20... I'm pretty sure it was food/digestion related... Because my hads were giving eczema symptoms once again, and I was moving sluggishly
