3 Things I did well, no matter how small
1. Morning 75% run
2. Recovering 5 days of "Grattitude" and "Goal planning" where I was falling behind. Aswell as still managing 10 minutes of meditation
3. Starting to plan possible staying places, because there were only 2 days until the Contract's apparent ending date with uncertainty about renewal
1 Thing I could do better
- I'd like to weigh myself on Monday instead of Thursday. This way I'd still have a gap to plan the next bi weekly meal cycle, which I probably somehow need to reduce, since I'm getting too many satiety hormones. Maybe If I stayed a bit more hungry I'd be more motivated to progress on German, plus maybe I'd take less time to cook. In any case in the current weighing pattern I only manage to do changes once a month instead of once in two weeks at best.
