3 Things I did well, no matter how small
1. 75% morning run (I mean not quite, because of the pain next to the bone to the left side of the left foot, but, well besides that it was sorta 75%, the routine was the one of 75% with warming up etc...

- Get out of bed with the first alarm clock ring. It coud have helped maintain the 6 hrs between meals streak
