Weeks until average life expectancy: 2737 (80th birthday)
Contributed this week to life´s purpose as I see it:
-German studies (61 Units - 30.5 hrs approx)
-3h 45m in between meals maintained
-Daily workouts maintained
Could be done to move faster to lifes purpose
-Eat the "Getting up to speed on foodplan" meals mostly at breakfast or lunch, so as to reduce dinner volume a bit and possibly reduce premature falling asleep
Day 400: No Useless Videos
Day 1234: Sticking to Food schedule
Day 85: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00)
Day 90: Being in bed before 23:15
3 Things I did well, no matter how small

3. getting up to speed on 3 GQ entries
1 Thing I could do better

3 Separate meals (or less but without combining any of the three) and 3 hrs 45 minutes in between at least. Day 51
Fell asleep earlier than scheduled - 28 (Pretty sure, because I have documented the beginning of visualization,
and the next documentation is 2 hours later. So I most probably allowed myself to prematurely fall asleep)
Going to sleep in 1 bulk without falling asleep premmaturely in an unplanned manner - 23
