Day 254: No Useless Videos
Day 1088: Sticking to Food schedule
Day 3: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00)
Day 0: Being in bed before 23:15 - This is reset once more becaues the airplane was 30 minutes late or so, then it took me some time to re-insert a new simcard i think like 5 minutes, then running arond the airpor looking for the exit and then about 40-50 minutes delay of the trains or so, I didn't measure the time exactly but i think this is a quite close estimate, maybe the delay was even longer than 50 minutes. because just the waiting on the platform was about that long, then there were additional stops in the train itself while waiting for another train to clear off the parking place, and the first train also stopped somewhat before it announced it was going back because of unauthorised persons on the track
3 Things I did well, no matter how small
-wake up at 2:30 to make a jog before the train
-managing to prepare all the planned food for the day, by asking for the necessary airport all around the airport (can opener, disposable plate, napkins, knife to cut acucumber, disposable cutlery, etc.)
-Finished the lacking 23 minutes of my planned jog afterwards in betweeen waiting for trains and on the way home (Which I cut short because I actually pooped my pants and wanted to get offloaded, plus I was running extra close to the train departure time)
1 Thing I could do better
-I guess I needed to prepare the food in the evening before somehow, I basically lost the whole day looking for all the necessary tools around the airport, which could have been a lot more time effficient if I would have done it at the hostel. (If I didn't want to chew things and leave them till the next day chewed up out of fear they will spoil, I could have taken only those foods that I usually chew as a replacement for cutting in a washed condition with me so that this would be the only thing left to prepare (chewing them up) before starting to eat
