info-gatherer Posted July 24, 2018 Posted July 24, 2018 Hey! I want to plan my exercise in August (running and pushups). I’m not sure if I’m going to use an app or just good old pen & sheet of paper, but in case I’m using an app, which one should I try, and why? What does “it” have that a piece of paper doesn’t? Thanks!
info-gatherer Posted July 24, 2018 Author Posted July 24, 2018 (edited) I think I’m looking for something a bit different. I’m thinking of something similar to the SmokeFree app, that one not only tracks the days of abstinence but also your health progress, reduced health risk, cravings, etc Edited July 24, 2018 by info-gatherer
DRCC Posted August 7, 2018 Posted August 7, 2018 I'm thinking that this would be a good idea for me to track exercise as well. @info-gatherer, did you pick an app to use and how is it working? Or did you decide on good old paper?

I started with paper, then I just stopped recording because I am just running, not exercising (maybe I'll start next week), and my running times are always incremental so no need to track
