Am I addicted to video games?

Featured Replies

Hello my name is Michael and I'm 26 years old, I have played video games since I was 5 years old. Now I'm wondering if I'm addicted to video games. If I play them but only play for 1-2 hours but delete them afterwards. The next day I re-download them even though I don't enjoy them at all. I have installed and reinstalled the game 50+ times even though I don't enjoy them. Not a day goes by when I don't look at gaming news on the internet, I have no interest in gaming but I just check the gaming news anyway, that usually is 4+ hours a day of checking gaming news/videos. I'm not like that surfing the internet with anything else. I also think a lot about video games in my head, for example I always think If I should quit multiplayer games and stick with single player(never enjoyed single player that much) It's constant everyday. Can you please help and give me some advice. Thank you.

Michael
