It takes time. I second guess myself all the time even though I can see positive changes in my life. You said you are still making minor changes in your life, which is great. Do you have a long term vision for yourself? Or hobbies that bring out passion in you? If not, you can always experiment or do a project like Cam says, to see if you can find it.
