I'll start with Paleo Meatless Chili:4-5 Roma Tomatoes, chopped1 large onion, chopped2 Large green bell peppers, chopped3 cloves garlic, mincedDash of: Cayenne, Oregano, Paprika, Coriander1 Bay Leaf1 can black beans1 can kidney beans1 can white beans1 large can diced tomatoesSalt/Pepper to tasteOptional: 1 cup Bone broth, dash of white wine Sautee onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic, winethrow in everything elseBring to a boil, simmer 30 minutes (or until your preferred consistency), stirring now and thenEnjoy!
