So i've hit over 10 days of no gaming, and while most cravings have left, some seem to pop up. But recently what's been on my mind is if I could play puzzle games a lot. I played a ton of puzzle type board games, and jigsaws and stuff like that, but what if it was in the form of a video game? It makes me wonder if they would be just as beneficial for the brain, however I don't want to risk ruining my detox, but wanted to at least talk about it. What do you think? Puzzle Games, helpful or harmful?
