August 26, 20169 yr So i've hit over 10 days of no gaming, and while most cravings have left, some seem to pop up. But recently what's been on my mind is if I could play puzzle games a lot. I played a ton of puzzle type board games, and jigsaws and stuff like that, but what if it was in the form of a video game? It makes me wonder if they would be just as beneficial for the brain, however I don't want to risk ruining my detox, but wanted to at least talk about it. What do you think? Puzzle Games, helpful or harmful?
