Hi there, just a quick intro about me: I just played my last game an hour ago. However, I want to quit so I am here.


I also want to do exercises from the book here.

Mentally Engaging Activities:

1. Learn a new Language (Arabic)
2. Leetcoding
3. Learn more Programming Languages (Py, Ts, testing as well)
4. Building my own business
5. Teaching
6. Learning to play chess

Resting Activities:

1. Knitting
2. Calligraphy
3. Reading 100 books that everyone should read
4. Reading the Qur'an
5. Listening to podcasts
6. Cooking (?)

Social Activities:

1. Meeting with Yale team members weekly
2. Volunteering
3. Attending Hackathons, Contests, Mentorships in Tech
4. Attending gym (guess I will meet new people there)
5. Switching work places (visiting book cafes, quite working spaces...)
6. Going on adventures with my husband, traveling

 

My new “go-to” activity for each situation:

To be mentally engaged my go-to activity will be: learn Arabic

When I’m tired my go-to activity will be: reading

To make more friends my go-to activity will be: attending conferences

When I feel bored my go-to activity will be: calligraphy

When I’m feeling stressed my go-to activity will be: gym

My backup(s) will be:
