    1 Thing I could do better-
    -After all going to store right after school gave me some acid reflux, and I'm a lot more sluggish. next time better do it in the late evenings usual.

    Food schedule update: 
    Everything remains the same apart for \
    1. 150g avocados in breakfast
    2. 30g chickpeas (dry) at breakfast
    3. try moving all nuts from dinner to lunch

    This is a pilot and i may continue moving stuff in between meals

    3 Things I did right, no matter how small.
    -26 hrs water fast
    -laying a big part of the nigh on the back
    -changing food schedule according to bodyfat/musclemass/bmi measurement a little bit
    1 Thing I could do better-
    -be less chill once i get into bed with the pre-sleep activities, it took me 50 min approximately to pee,drink water, make sure door is closed, and poop, as if time was free. I could do all this in 20 minutes easily. and get more sleep

    -20 minutes in the sun while calling back on my boarding school guide
    -12 pomodoros
    -Still managing to do 6hr 10 min of deliveries. (26 deliveries total ) again amount of deliveries is not completely to my credit bt the fact I was out there enough time to make it possible is 🙂

    1 Thing I could do better-
    -After having legs warmed up (with no socks i guess) l on back with hands to the sides of my body allow release of pressure to the organs (back, legs, etc.)

    -13 minutes eating in the sun with no shirt during lunch, awesome! Now must continue!!
    -55 min workout
    -postponing poop for after workout, though if i would've held 1 hour more it would be optimal

    1 Thing I could do better-
    -in bi weekly food schedule try reducing nuts in dinner or olive oil 'cause sleepiness still attacks...

    -Meeting with gastroenterologist regarding hand dryness and sleepiness. He had no diagnosis for me... but continuing the research deserves a tap on my own back 🙂
    -6 pomodoros at the very least =/
    -30 minute conversation with father to congratulate him

    1 Thing I could do better-
    -I skipped the 10 minute sun session in favor of doing some more work. Today before I begin the workout I'd like to try and go change clothes on the roof of the neighbor building. It is critical for vitamin D. It's lack may be causing a boatload of problems including possibly the hand dryness, some tooth decay and possibly many other problems which i do not see YET. Prioritize health. without it, to what end am I working?

    -Freeing up the station of our sales for my senior sales partner at 15 00 so that I may learn a full 30 minutes from him and not just a small bit of it.
    -7 Pomodoro
    -Freeing up shower at 18 00 as agreed upon with apartment mate, thus breaking cold shower session in the middle, then completing the lacking time later

    1 Thing I could do better-
    -leave the meeting with the senior salesman on time - 15 30 this could have meant making it in time for shower and not needing to cut it short

    -Continuing with 3 meals
    -8 pomodoros
    -ordering a gift for father

    1 Thing I could do better-
    -Allthough I do feel that eating three meals helps(less sleepiness, less heaviness, plus today in the morning already feel hungry - awesome.), It is taking half an hour when at job, which might result in about 4 dollars daily which is about a 100$ monthly, I really want to see how I may continue doing two meals with no damage to my stomach, having all nutritional needs met and still doing it within two meals. Possibly I'll need a nutritional consultation for that...
    Ponder that. Also ask if I may get a discount for the nutritional meeting

    -Remember to eat peas and edamame from dinner at breakfast too, previously it helped me avoid evening sleepiness.

    I think it's a lot about setting priorities. Buy only the things that are needed to help you improve upon challenges and not avoid them for example (More on this in the subtle art of not giving a fuck or everything is fucked by mark mansion i don't remember which)
    Another thing is buying assets, not liabilities (More n this in rich dad poor dad by Robert Kiyosaki)
    Yet a third is as i said just having a priority, main goal in life, which will allow you to let go of other "wishes"
    (More on this in think and grow rich by napoleon hill - the "Desire formula" on page 87 and the book in general, + beginning with the end in mind of stephen covey's' book the seven habits of highly effective people. Get on with it 🙂

    -Continuing with 3 meals

    -5 hrs 40 minutes of deliveries resulting in 26 deliveries, though a lot of it is not because of me, what i did right however is focused work, the fact that i had bundles is just a bonus ")

    1 Thing I could do better-
    -No need to crash in bed even if i am tired. It will just make digestion even slower. Instead, maybe do some low focus task like visualization if already in a super extra dozing off state (Just an idea), but definitely not crash into bed.

    That is true, that only thing I should compare myself is me from before. And I made a huge progress. I am now a part time working non gamer, who is actively trying to improve programming skills. The catch is, there is a two kinds / ways of development. And I can see it among my mates. Some of them already got the job, and some of them never will. And this summer will show, whatever we will get the job or not. But also I must work to make an project for university. I have no time, but no answer still. I am afraid and stressed by this fact.  I ll focus my attention on it on Saturday and Monday. If I get on one side, I ll be a desired specialist and if I end up on the other - I am nothing.... That's a harsh truth, but it Is what it is now days.. I ll try my best..

    The next topic is that I feel extremely lonely right now, with no girlfriend or really no good friends in real life. I understood, that before I will search for any other women I need to forge myself. Who I am?

    I worked almost full day, and got around 18$. Not much, I spent it all to by power bank. I need to find a way to make money, and I need several of them

    On the brighter side. 

    @Yan, your adveces worked, I preplanned tips, stayed near restaurants, and called clients in advance. I managed to get tips also. I am happy about it.

    Now, I understood, even tho I work a lot, I steal need gym, to self focus mentally and work on myself. And shape my body.

    Super glad my tips worked, though you might consider concentrating on living below your means rather than making more money 🙂 Because otherwise no matter how much you make you will always feel you need more. Just a thought here.

    3 Things I did right, no matter how small.
    -Eating 4 meals ( the same food just a little more spaced out ( I think if it's not Saturday the way I've done it the previous day is better for digestion effectiveness )
    -Keeping cool after girl at reception got "mad" at me even though I had to go home and the fact I came to replace her caused me to be even more delayed than I already was.
    -5 hrs of deliveries, quite effectively, got 20 deliveries in.

    1 Thing I could do better-
    -Start eating the larger meals on Saturday and Sunday, not friday and satrday, since this way I'll be replenishing calories after workouts and not on Friday in advance, which may overload my stomach, on Friday do regular food schedule instead ( Though this will have to wait fo  the next bi-weekly iteration, since I'm not supposed  to change the bi-weekly schedule mid-way.

    -Getting mushrooms
    -Mving peas and edaame to breakfast. This is the first day in ages I haven't been super dozing off in the evening thanks to it
    -Maintaining the separate lunch(3rd meal ) during job, it is so key to maintaining better blood sugar level!!!!

    1 Thing I could do better-
    -Make the payment explanations to parents extra short, this would save time when signing kids up

    -attending doctor

    -Get a phone visit to the doctor instead of frontal. it'd save time.

    Everything remains the same apart for tomatoes which I'll eat one of, and then half each time so that I'll finish all once this food schedule period runs out, bananas the same, cucumber 2 until i have equivalent amount to days left - then 1

    -1hr workout
    -picked up nutritional yeast i previously bought
    -again coping with sleepiness and not dozing off instead of pomodoros

    1 Thing I could do better-
    -I really really must find a way to change my eating routine. come high hell or ground water. What comes to mind right now is a nutritional consultation. I am feeling that the biggest cause of my hand dryness is overeating. Perhaps I need to separate meals into 3 and eat one at work... Anyway I felt a bit nausea at work today also and I'm pretty sure it's the cause decide by tomorrow's journal what's the plan of action. For today make it a priority to finish work earlier to do a bit longer workout just like yesterday

    -I think the bluehost discount i wasoffered might not be exactly what i asked for but it's still fine, anyway i's 19$ more than i expected which is about an hour or 1.5 work as a courier, it's definitely an amount that is with less time than what I'll have to spend to migrate te website.
    I shall try to ask the once more for a discount i had in mind but if still rejected get it for the pice they offer

  22. Hey one more thing (Seems i have a lot of those One last things ; ) ), do not get happy when there are many deliveries and unhappy when there are few. Be happy when you are out there and just studying. The amount of deliveries does not depend on you. So does the weather. Be indifferent to it. If it rains it rains if it shines it shines. you do not control it. focus on what you do control, which is getting out there and doing your best 🙂

    Hey Dark, thanks fr taking the time to comment! Sure thing 🙂 Important for me to mention that I work on a regular bike, not an eBike, so maybe it will differ from what you experience.

    I don't know if you're gonna' get paid per hour or per delivery(execution) but if it's for delivery, I'd suggest you focus on your small habits like for example call the receiver one floor before you arrive at the door and just in time to open the bag get the delivery out, close it and put it on your backalready by the time he opens the door. just as an example. Also everytime there are no deliveries, find out what are the central places of businesses and drive there straight away, do not stay in one place.

    Keep the app open at all times when waiting for deliveries
    For me often taking the shorter deliveries, gives a chance that I will stay withing the busy area of where many restaurants are + adds up the possibility of having additional deliveries bundled with the current

    Above all you should know that there is a matter of experience, once you know the map in your head and can right away picture where to go instead of checking n the map you ill do everything a lot faster, but for the beginning it would probably be god just to hold tight and understand it will take you some time to realize where things are, but for the longer haul try to do some exploration to learn more and more of the map.

    Anyway, as soon as you figure out main highways etc. Try to use them for navigation through the app's general picture of the map, if your app has it instead of using navigation by google maps. it eats up a lot of battery, plus it sometimes is irrational and generally you would get to your destination quicker if you see the vision of where your going when you start (you know when t cross the rod etc,. 🙂
    That last point is key by the way. If you know where you're going you may instead of be stuck in a traffic light for a whole minute continue going to another direction 'till you find a way to cross when there will be no cars.

    Oh one more thing - Get yourself a full helmet. If I had this advice when I started out, I would probably not break my front teeth.

    If you start feeling hand numbness it might be because of leaning on the wheel to much, gloves helped me because of it.

    I think I have a lot more though, if you kave any other questions fire at will (I've been working for more than two years now. I have quite a few of those)
