It seems my 1500 eur tax is now cancelled ( They saw that I did hand in the "Net worth statement" on time, and they just didn't get it dialed into the system on time... -8 pomodoros!!! Awesome, since I've been going below this minimum for some time... (Day 1. Let's see how long I may hold this minimum. Though I'd like to aim for 10 pomodoros this is just a minimum) 1 Thing I could do better -Soak nuts in water from the evening, maybe if they'll be soaked it will shorten my lunch time so that I may do more memberships 🙂

And even getting to speak with some hot prospects 🙂 -A bit more than 70 minutes run, even though i forgot to take my better shoes, and even though i was doing some damage to my leg I guess, it is still better than no run 1 Thing I could do better -Still in some cases the timer was forgotten. It could have made things even faster
  7. Food schedule update (9-23.4) Everything remains the same apart for the fact that after skipping a day's meals, I may continue to eat two cucumbers/tomatoes to keep up the 1 or 0.5 pace per day of tomatoes per day afterwards

Entry 8.04 (Written on 9.04) Day 557: No Useless Videos Day 555: Sticking to Food schedule Day 159: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00) Day 149: Being in bed before 23:15 3 Things I did right, no matter how small. -I think this time i indeed got the tax permit that's going to increase my payments back by 30%... at least that's what the website shows -Completed half of my pending tasks at the job (I had 75 or so, when leaving for home i had about 36 -Going for appointment with authorities regarding the 30% tax on my salary once more, even though they didn't help me there continuing to call until i found the solution + Makiing sure the oermits appear before hanging up... 1 Thing I could do better -Remember to use the timer in my calls it might have helped me to make tasks even faster.....

Promptly making the decision, even though i had t ay 40 shekels more -Going for appointment with authorities regarding the 30% tax on my salary 1 Thing I could do better -Made sure on the website that the new permit appears before hanging up on the lady that I called in the afternoon regarding tax problem... I was sure it was prolonged and only accidentally found out it wasn't....

Entry 6.04 (Written on 7.04) Day 555: No Useless Videos Day 553: Sticking to Food schedule Day 157: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00) Day 147: Being in bed before 23:15 3 Things I did right, no matter how small. -at least 6 pomodoros =/ -about 15 deliveries in 3 hours -cleaning room floor 1 Thing I could do better -Meeting father for 3 and a quarter more hours was not really mandatory, he is the only person in the world that makes me disregard my schedule and other plans, I would like to devote at least a 30 minute session of visualization to writing more about that, I want to understand why this influence is so strong on me and whether I should avoid such decisions of "The momentary self" in regarding to meeting him or attending events with his presence
  11. Note to myself, at food schedule tomorrow note that if there are left an over amount of any fruit or vegetables after fasting i may use them in bigger amount to have the same amount of vegetables left as the amount of days

The world is full of people who were brilliant and had high talent, but often it is those who are the hard workers with average talent who end up at the top. Of course you better have both, but talent doesn't matter because it is not something you control, and it wouldn't help you if you think about whether you have it or not. Plus again it is as Dark said, he is tall and people also mocked him for that so it really doesn't matter every situation has its benefits. - I would advise putting revenge feelings aside, when you have anger, it is you who has this feeling go with you everywhere, not the people you think you will " harm" and as a result you harm yourself more than them. -People will be people, understand that they might make mistakes (even i they think it is not a mistake) "To make mistakes is human, but forgiving is god-like" I would very suggest the book The Little Book of Stoicism - By Jonas Salzgeber to you. It's the second day in a row when this takes a lot of time

  23. Hey, what do you mean by racism? What is your ethnicity? What makes you stand out? I do not experience this here =/ I live in Israel, the culture here is very diverse anyway, so everyone looks different. I guess the best advice I could give that if someone is being aggressive just ignore them or even say something like, sorry I didn't mean to offend you to lower the flames, leave your pride aside. If it's going to help you avoid a fight and harming either you or him then so be it... After all what do you have to gain or prove by being macho? Nothing apart for some ego. On the other hand there's more to lose - time and possible damage of some sort... Plus who knows, some people may take out a knife on you... Make your best to avoid these fights, and protect yourself only if absolutely essential. But that's aain just my opinion i do to experience acism here...

(Need to plan when to get socks and underwear from store. Possibly this week? Though i usually do not do additional store going but maybe it will save more time eventually? ponder that)
