Just read your entire journal, congrats on the 1 month!
I have a small question, you're talking about your day schedule, do you mind sharing what it is? Does it contain a lot of habits?
Trying to implement too many habits at once is very hard. Especially if you want to be strict on all of them from day 1. Anyways, you're doing great! I didn't know if you noticed but your productivity is pretty good even though you felt completely stuck not too long ago! You should be proud of this! You will get small setbacks, but the trend is definitely positive.

Thanks man!
There is nothing special about my day schedule.
Here you go:
- 8:00AM-9:15AM - Mourning routine
- 9:15AM-10:00AM- Rhyming
- 10:00AM-10:15AM -Break
- 10:15AM -11:00AM- Rhyming
- 11:00AM-11:15AM-Break
- 11:15AM-12:00AM- Rhyming
- 12:00AM-12:15PM- Break
- 12:15PM- 1:00PM - Rhyming
- 1:00PM-1:15PM- Break
- 1:15PM- 2:00PM - studying English &Workout
- 2:00PM- 2:15PM - Break
- 2:15PM - 3:00PM - studying English &Workout
- 3:00PM - 4:15PM - Break
- 4:15PM - 5:00PM - Rhyming
- 5:00PM - 5:15PM - Break
- 5:15PM - 6:00PM - Rhyming
- 6:00PM - 6:15PM- Break
- 6:15PM - 7:00PM -Rhyming
- 7:00PM - 8:00PM - Studying English &Workout
- 8:00PM - 9:00PM - Reading books
- 9:00PM- 10:30PM - Game quitters & Internet
I keep it simple , because it's easier to get back on track if I fall behind it, and it's not hard to memorize what to do( since there's not a lot of option to choose from lol ) . About habits , there isn't a lot of them, only- rhyming , studying, reading , workout and of course Game Quitters .

Day-27 (After relapse)
6 pages should take you no more than 10-15 minutes. If you can't find 10-15 minutes you don't have a life!
Well, I'm a slow reader , because the last book I've read was like at the 6th grade ( about 10 years ago). And I just choose the worst enviroment for reading , so I often end up by reading the same sentence all over again, untill I finally get the meaning of it. From now , my reading place will be the attic, it's quiet and cosy out there . About today, everything was cool and according to my day schedule ( feels so great when everything goes smoothly like it was planned).

Couldn't focus on anything today. Don't know why. It doesn't matter how hard I try, I still get distracted by random thoughts, and afterwards I feel discouraged to do anything. Probably most of you have been through this as well, but is there any way how to stay more focused?

Day-24 (After relapse)
I'm running out of options how to start every entry in this journal ( if you have any ideas please write them down below ). Failed to start my day strongly by waking up at 10:00AM instead of 8:00AM. Afterwards I couldn't catch up to my schedule so I ended up by doing nothing a.k.a procrastinating. Around the evening my older brother paid me a visit so it was super cool , since I haven't talked to him in a while. Had some fun by speaking with @Craig and @Bladezz in the chat room. That's all for today .

Nice progress from relapse.
I know what you mean about having peers that spends most of their time partying. I don't like going to drinking parties too much myself.
By the way do you recommend the book Mastery by Robert Greene?
I love it, and I would give it a 5/5. Would recommend this book for anyone who tries to achieve mastery in something or just has a lack of motivation. The book contains many useful advices as well as good examples of what people like Thomas Edison ,Leonardo da Vinci did to achieve mastery. It turns out that Mastery is made out of a deep inclination towards a particular subject and lots of practice. Nobody was born talented or as a genius, all you need is a passion and action.

Day-23 (After relapse)
A New Hope
Another day ended. Not going to talk about procrastination , because this word became kind of overused in this journal. There is one problem that haunts me every single summer if not all the time. I just can't get my ass out of the house. Sometimes I hang out with my friends, but rarely. And I think I have social anxiety wich turns my face red during the simplest situations ( it happens very often in school). It's almost impossible for me to expand my social circle , because most of my peer group usually spends the time by partying and doing that type of stuff. But I'm not that type of person, more of a reserved guy who almost never tells to people how he feels. I ain't very athletic as well.

DAY-19 (After relapse)
A New Hope
A bit more productive today than yesterday, so I feel more happier. I think sometimes I go way to hard on myself , I expected to get rid of old habits quickly, without realising that building new ones takes time. So I guess I have to build them step by step, but I have to figure out how to do that though.... Same goes with my work ethic , it's terrible.

DAY-18 (After relapse)
A New Hope
Another day full of procrastination and doing nothing. Really, I've grown tired of this. It doesn't matter that every single time I give promises to myself, that I'll be productive/consistent. I end up by doing nothing like I did the day before. I feel like I'm stuck in this never-ending loop of procrastination. Well , at least cravings aren't that strong/often as they were before.

DAY-17 (After relapse)
A New Hope
My productivity is terribly low or below zero these past days. I don't know what's wrong with me. Can't force myself to do anything without delaying things. I feel like I'm waisting my time and I can't stop it, one of the worst feelings ever. This loss of momentum makes me feel very discouraged to do anything.

How long have you been playing for, btw?
For about 10 years, although at the start I wasn't a "hardcore gamer" would spend like 2-5 hours a day. But shit got out of hand when I got my new PC. I wasn't able to control myself anymore.

DAY-16 (After relapse)

Day-32 (After relapse)
Wow a month with no gaming... lol I remember when I was still a "gamer" , the idea of not playing for 3 months scared the shit out of me, and it looked like an impossible task... But here I am, haven't played anything for a month (I know a lot of stuff might happen during the following 2 months). My mood is a lot more better , my mind is more clear (no shit about gaming) , and I don't feel depressed all the time. Although my life is still a mess, the biggest part of it is almost cleaned, but there's a lot of work to do in the future - be more social , expand my social circle , leave my comfort zone , learn how to talk to girls (gotta fix this part ASAP).
