Persistance is the key my friend, also once you take that streak off the ground it will help keep yourself away from this poison. I myself have actually entered a few old YouTube channels and watched the thumbnails. But, no videos were played, because that would break my "No useless videos" streak, which is my Anchor that holds me somewhat stable. So I do not dare. I also often just go to bed, half-sitting up two hours after a heavy meal, to try to minimize potential effects of acid Reflux. I know that the trigger for me is often the satiety hormones and not really the gamins as of itself, as well as social connections and measurable continuous progress and escape. So for now I somehow beat some of the days through going to bed, until I get another replacement to get some of these needs met. In real life you don't get those immediately apparently, and sometimes it takes months to find a "job" or some "mastermind" or "tandem partners" etc. etc. But eventually that must be found, because the hormones need some sort of way to be acquired... The key is, as I recently heard in some video, not to try to eliminate a habit, rather to replace it. Because every habit comes as a result of some need. Eliminating it will not really help long term. It is also a bit hard to "not think of a pink elephant" it makes more sense to thin of a blue elephant, if you want to change the pink elephant, rather then not think of the pink elephant.
Yes, you are!!! Do not underestimate that. Every single day is a win and I am proud of you for those days. I think you should be too, no matter what happens moving forward, those are 209 little victories! Keep it up warrior!
P.S.
The text above is a bit of a blurb, so please let me know if anything needs clarification here :)
