Day 443: No Useless Videos
Day 1277: Sticking to Food schedule
Day 128: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00)
Day 19: Being in bed before 23:15 - 1 minute late again because I let myself keep flossing
3 Things I did well, no matter how small
1. Having cooked the dates twice more, I think the reduced sugar amount contributed dramatically to my staying awake until the designated sleeping time
2. Morning jog. Very light, but perhaps it makes sense in the context of having strong pains in the feet, to recover before the more vigorous jog on Thursday...
3. As I was in the bathroom and striving towards finishing my number two really fast to continue eating, I was thinking of gaming and what attracted to me about it, then I remembered it was very tight goals. So I've set output goals for the German units. I think this and number 1(cooking dates) aswell as the fact that I was listening to a book. gave a result of staying awake until the designated time.
