Day 1259: Sticking to Food schedule
Day 110: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00)
Day 0: Being in bed before 23:15 - 1 minute late again because I let myself keep flossing
3 Things I did well, no matter how small
1. 4 German units at the very least again
2. Long jog
3. Going to sleep right after teeth brush without waking up in the middle of the night and continuing the night routine. Doing it in the morning instead, to keep the sleep more in tact, pls wwhen you do it in the night time seems endlesss and i stretch it across too much time
1 Thing I could do better
- Consider finishing dinner earlier, so that even if I fall asleep earlier than planned I'll have a longer break between food and dinner, so that I may continue the morning routine in the morning and go to sleep if needed right away when I wake up. Instead of continuing night routine in the morning. Today it somehow managed to clap together, but it was an accident, and is probably not going to keep up like that for long, unless done intentionally.
