-Continuous progress on German studies
-Physical movement
-Trying one more thing towards avoiding pre-mature unscheduled falling asleep (reducing salty water from peas can)
One thing that could make me go faster to life's purpose this week:
-Keep brainstorming and executing ways to avoid pre-mature, unscheduled falling asleep.
Day 386: No Useless Videos
Day 1220: Sticking to Food schedule
Day 71: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00)
Day 76: Being in bed before 23:15
3 Things I did well, no matter how small
-Afternoon workout
-9 German units at least
-Once more peas without salty water
1 Thing I could do better
-I believe I used more than an hour in chitchat with my apartment mate, especially after dinner, when braidfog assembled. Predict that tendancy. Shut my mouth before the first conversation burst. I may also say I am inclined to chitchat at the moment without purpose because I ate a heavy meal. If I am prompted for a conversation, that is. Instead to let my self steam off a bit, I may go load the dishwashing machine and wash my face. Then go into a not very productive German unit and then drink water 1 hour exactly after meal's end.
P.S. Today I've said to my apartment mate to whom I let use my room that he may stay until 22 30 to study (in the separate room where my bed is) but around 20 51 I was already super sleepy and seemingly dozed off or was dozing off upto 21 40 approximately. Then I knocked on the door and asked him to
"nap". At this point I possibly could go drink water instead, maybe it'd make me less sleepy, but I did that out of impulse.
Further ahead always give him a sooner deadline and tell him I may prolongue at the moment, rather than the opposite. Explain the struggle so that he's aware.
By the way he was super corteous and understanding. The problem here is my own integrity and continuously not following the pre-written plan, which should very probably be the theme here for the following entries and finding solutions to it. Although it already is a part of the entry, maybe I need to be even more solution focsed (seemingly 3h 45m break and reducing peas salty water is not enough as is. What is the next step? Maybe turning off the heater? Skipping dinner alltogether? Give that some thought in the following entries
