3 Things I did well, no matter how small
-Afternoon workout
-2 german units
-5 apt. search units , although it is ike 6 because I did one without stopping for an hour because of lack of dscipline
1 Thing I could do better
-That is okay to schedule a longer sleep time in the morning on fasting day. But not to do it in an unplanned way. Maybe next week I should plan a bit of a longer sleep in the morning? Or just get up with some discipline :)
