3 Things I did well, no matter how small
-8 German units
-Planning the next day, despite allowing myself once again to go to sleep prematurely and waking up in the middle of the night
-Afternoon workout

-Wake up with the Alarm clock, instead of sleeping in probably.
Note here: It seems like a repeating pattern that tends to intensify on Wednesday because of my nutrition pattern for the day, and even more so in the Winter... Last year around this time I dropped into games.
It is indeed a challenging period, so it seems. Nonetheless gotta' give back some fight.
