1 Thing I could do better
- Before starting the workout I was looking for distractions, talking with apartment mate, staring at space. I think this took about 20 minutes. Which might have been the 20 minutes I were lacking to get back on time for 3 meals =/
3 Separate meals (or less but without combining any of the three) and 3hrs 45 minutes in between at least. Day 5
Fell asleep earlier than scheduled - 3/21 (2+1+1+1+1+1+1+1)
