3 Things I did well, no matter how small
- 8 German units
- having indeed written a plan for organizing for a jog and acted accordingly, although it took more but i did speed up to 20 minutes instead of abput 50
- Managed to have a 3h 45m break in between foods once more!
1 Thing I could do better
- chitchat less when i came from the run
3 Separate meals (or less but without combining any of the three) and 3hrs 45 minutes in between at least. Day 2
