3 Things I did well, no matter how small
- At the very least 3 German units ;(
- Long morning jog
- Eating only two meals when seeing that the time window is too narrow[except for lentils which I did shove into dinner]. Those are to be recovered half on Tuesday and half on Thursday supposedly.
1 Thing I could do better
- Have the dressing up routine for the morning preplanned. The fact I need to think what comes next stretches it for too long. It took me around 50-55 minutes to get out of home, whereas I had planne to leave at 6 25
